Description

Anticipated RFP issue date is changed to February 20, 2003. There will be a 2-day pre-proposal conference to be held at Parker Dam (tentatively on March 18 and 19, 2003 at 9:00 a.m., PST). The pre-proposal conference will include a general site visit to the construction and staging areas. The scheduled dates and times will be provided with the solicitation and will be the only site visit provided. To be allowed access to Parker Dam, potential offerors must submit a list of names, including driver's license numbers and social security numbers, of each person attending the pre-proposal conference. The list and information shall be submitted via facsimile to Amy Dahlke, Procurement Tech at (702) 293-8499, no later than one week prior to the dates set for the conference and site visit. Interested parties shall send all requests for the specifications and drawings to the attention of Amy Dahlke, Procurement Tech via facsimile (702) 293-8499 or at the e-mail address shown in this presolicitation notice. Interested parties will be required to complete and sign a Certification/Document Order Form (C/DOF). In the C/DOF, interested parties are requested to provide a street address, point of contact, telephone and fax numbers, valid DUNS number, and e-mail address and mailing preference. Once the request for the solicitation has been accepted, one package containing the specifications and drawings (electronic form) on CDs will be sent to the mailing address provided and mailed per instructions in the C/DOF as indicated by the requester. The secured documents will not be released to any individual or firm who has not, supplied the required C/DOF and/or is not on the FBO registered mailing list. All requests for the solicitation will be provided only in response to e-mail requests and submission and verification of the C/DOF form and registration. The solicitation and amendments to the solicitation will only be available for downloading on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All other information remains unchanged.
