Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepare in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F61775-03-Q-2106 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This acquisition is unrestricted. Schedule of items: This requirement is for GORE-TEX Clothing. Any equal offered must be clearly identified by brand name, make and model number. Offerors of any equal must also include descriptive literature and any proposed modifications making an _or equal_ item conform to specifications .
