Description

FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to modify existing contract N00140-98-C-H187 with ManTech Systems Engineering Corporation to allow for an additional level of effort (LOE) of 150,000 hours to provide continued support of the Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) ADP Support Services. This acquisition should provide sufficient level of effort to provide continuity of services through 30 September 2003 at which time the follow-on contract is anticipated to be awarded. This extension to contract N00140-98-C-H187 is for services that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with ManTech Systems Engineering Corporation pursuant to the authority at 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties are directed to the follow-on requirement, which was posted in FEDBIZOPPS on January 16, 2003 under solicitation number N00140-03-R-0046. This solicitation is scheduled for release on or about March 18, 2003. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply.
