Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Lin Walton & Co., 11651 Chippen Ham Way, San Diego, CA 92128 on Diversity Strategy Development for the Navy by augmentation of recruiting diverse markets, Navy retention policy reviews, and successful diverse career Officer and Enlisted programs for the BUPERS Washington Liaison Detachment, Washington, D.C. 20370. The FSC Code is R499 and the NAICS Code is 541612. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. See Note 22. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only services meeting the Navy's requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 pm (EST) on 21 FEB 2003.
