Description
NA This synopsis is being amended to increase the quantities from 1,294 each to 1,494 each Blade Turbine Rotor. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NSN: 2840-01-009-3717, P/N: 1-100-362-06, PRON: AX3T7184AX, NOUN: Blade Turbine Rotor, Quantity : 1,294 each applicable to T-53 Turbine Engine. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Glen Burnie, MD 21061-3219, Carteret, NJ 07008-1005. This item requires First Article Testing (FAT). First Article test time is 3 day. Units to be tested 1 each. Begin testin g 210 days after contract award. First Article Testing ends 213 days after contract award. First Article Test Report due 228 days after contract award. Delivery without First Article Testing is 240 days. The approved source is Honeywell International ( Cage Code 99193). Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for awar d. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of rel ease for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone request will be accepted. The purpose of this amendment is to reflect a change in the J&A?s dollar amount, and to increase the total quantity. The dollars are changed from $421,856.94 to $487,058.94 the quantities are changed from 1,294 each to 1,494 each.NOTES: 22, 23 and 26
