- NA The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement for one (1) Riegl USA, Low Accuracy 3D Laser Scanning System, to include three (3) days of on-site basic training sessions, maintenance service and updates of Cyrax 2500 Scanner firmware and Cyclone-SCAN software module. The Low Accuracy scanning system must be compatible with the Cyrax 2500 scanner firmware (High Accuracy 3D Laser Scanning system) and Cyclone-SCAN software currently utilized by the Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region. Technical Specifications for the Laser Scanning system are incorporated into the Solicitation. This is a synopsis for commercial items with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00 prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2. The anticipated award date is February 28, 2003. This synopsis is being issued concurrently with Solicitation number 03SQ200064. The FOB destination is 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1606, Federal Building, Sacramento, CA 95825. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 421810. The period of performance will be from the date of award through May 30, 2003. The following clauses and provisions apply to this procurement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items; 52-212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial items; 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (must be returned with any offer); 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. Interested offerors that can furnish the required items are encouraged to submit a response to the solicitation. Specific requirements and specifications for all items will be available in the solicitation, a copy of which can be obtained from the National Business Center (NBC), Electronic Commerce (EC) Business Opportunities website which is located at: http://ideasec.nbc.gov/ecprod/owa/ecmenu$.firstcount/. The offeror shall submit a quotation consisting of the appropriately completed and signed SF 1449 (Solicitation), the appropriately completed Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items and a quotation price breakdown sheet to the address depicted in Block #9 of the solicitation, Attention: MP-3835. This quotation can either be faxed to (916) 978-5182, or submitted electronically via the NBC's EC website.
