- NA SUBJECT: DRAFT SYNOPSIS The U.S. Army Military District of Washington (MDW) Acquisition Center, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia is re-synopsizing Solicitation Number DADW35-02-T-0064 for Grounds Maintenance at Fort Myer in Arlington, Virginia. The new solicitation number is to DADW35-02-T- 0145. The requirement is to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required to maintain grounds at Fort Myer, Virginia. The solicitation procedures used are authorized under the Simplified Acquisition Commercial Contracting Procedures, FA R Parts 12 and 13 and is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The scheduled site visit and details about the site visit will be printed in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Information to Offerors, in the solicitation. The solicitation can be found on the Interne t at the website address: http://acquisition.army.mil. Solicitation requests must be received in writing and include the following information: Firm’s name, CAGE Code, TIN, and name of the point of contact (POC) to include this person’s position in the firm, telephone number, email address, and FAX number. This contract will have a Base Period of 12 months and three Option Years of 12 months each. Performance is estimated to begin September 1, 2002. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAIC) is 561730. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 0782. Proposals must be submitted by the anticipated Solicitation Closing Date, July 18, 2002, to U.S. Army Military District of Washington Acquisition Center, 5410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060.
