Description

DESCRIPTION: Wing Landing Flap applicable to the C-130 aircraft. NSN: 1560-00-912-1806LG P/N: 375456-11 QTY: 10 ea. A delivery date is 30 Mar 03. Approximate solicitation date is 10 Jun 02. The approximate response date is 10 Jul 02. An estimated award date is 18 Oct 02. The solicitation will be posted to the web at www.fedbizopps.gov. This is a sole source acquistion, due to proprietary rights under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company 86 S. Cobb Dr. Marietta GA 30063-1000 (98897). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
