Description

The Colville National Forest has a requirement for water system reconstruction in Thomas Lake Campground located on the Three Rivers Ranger District in Stevens County Washington (which is located in Northeast Washington State). The project consists of: installing a new pressure tank at the Gillette Campground and pipe water from Gillette Campground to Thomas Lake Campground; and installing new water lines and water hydrants (faucets) within Thomas Lake Campground. Unless otherwise provided, the contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules. The project will be procured on an unrestricted basis. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about March 10, 2003. Estimated start work date is on or about June 17, 2003, with a completion date of 45 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Quotes are estimated to be due April 9, 2003. An Alternate Payment Protection (payment bond) will be required upon award. NAICS code is 234910. The estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000.
