Description: Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Service Argos, Inc. for office of National Marine Fisheries Service in Honolulu, Hawaii. Purpose of proposed contract is to provide standard service for Argos System, the system used for retrieval of data acquired from Pop-Up Satellite Archival Transmitting (PSAT) tags affixed to pelagic fishes and turtles. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
