Description

CEDAR COUNTY, IOWA This contract is being issued to replace the current fire and intrusion alarm system at Herbert Hoover National Historic Site, West Branch, Iowa. It includes upgrading all existing detection, reporting and communication devices and hardware, while retaining the using existing transmission lines. The contractor will supply all needed equipment, parts (except for transmission lines), software and hardware to completely upgrade the system and the contractor will install the system. Included in this contract are post-installation services, provided on an annual basis, of system monitoring/notification services and service/testing/maintenance. This contract also includes a separate, optional requirement to design and install a video security system. Magnitude of project $25,000.00 toi $100,0000.
