Description

Closing Services: Closing services for five (5) Wetland Reserve Program easements to include all services required for recorded easements and which may include such services as agricultural land surveys, title commitment binder, title insurance, and obtaining signature on Warranty Easement Deed for easements in Atkinson, Brooks, and Burke Counties, Georgia. Performance time proposed as follows: 1 easement 60 calendar days; 2 easements - 80 calendar days; 3 easements - 120 calendar days; 4 easements - 140 calendar days; and 5 easements - 160 calendar days depending on the number of closing services for easements that are awarded to one vendor. Price range: $25,000 - $90,000. The solicitation will be available for viewing and/or downloading from website www.fedbizopps.gov on or about January 7, 2003. Interested parties may contact the local NRCS representative listed in the solicitation to view the property after January 6, 2003. Opening date: January 21, 2003 at 5:00 PM (COB). All offers are to be delivered to USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Federal Building, Room 225, 355 E. Hancock Avenue, Athens, GA 30601. Offers may be faxed (see section M of the solicitation). All responsible sources may submit an offer which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
