Description

The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB CA, is soliciting offerors for rental service to provide Lighting, Theatrical and Stage Dressing for Guardian Challenge "2003" Opening Ceremonies and Banquet, on Vandenberg AFB CA. This solicitation is for a commercial item prepared in accordance with format in subpart 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business participation only. The NAIC Code is 532490 and size standard is $6M. the solicitation is F04684-03-T-0016. Offerors must submit a copy of Representation and Certifications with written response. Oral responses are not acceptable, quotations will only be accepted by written response only, no later than 24 Mar 03 at 2:00 PM, PST. Interested parties my contact me by phone (805) 606-5865 or fax (805) 606-5867. Site-visit attendee's must submit all names NLT 2:00 PM on 21 Feb 03 to ensure access to the base. Your submittal can either be fax to email to yolanda.butler@vandenberg.af.mil. All quotes will be addressed to Yolanda Butler, 30 CONS/LGCB, Bldg 7015, Section 2, 806 13th Street, Suite 2, Vandenberg AFB CA 93437-5226. States on the exterior of package "RFQ-03-T-00163". Each offeror shall sign his/her quote; an original signature is required on the quotation and validation is for 60 days from the date of their quote.
