NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Brand Name or Equal in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.211-6. IT IS STRONGLY ADVI SED that you review FAR 52.211-6 for information regarding what must be included with your quote if you are submitting an 'Equal To' offer. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition C ircular (FAC) 2001-12 (27 Jan 2003) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), 1998 edition, current to DCN 20030214.
