Description

NA Synopsis for subject solicitation published on 30 Jan 2003 is amended as follows: This solicitation is to establish a Firm Fixed Price requirements contract for a base year plus 100% option quantity and two additional option years each with a 100% option quantity of Dye, Solvent Yellow 33 (Metric). The base quantity is estimated at a maximum of 50,000 lbs in accordance with military spcification DOD-D 51485A (EA). Option years are estimated at a maximum of 15,000 lbs and 30,000 lbs respectively. Deliver y of supplies will be due 60 days after placement of delivery order against the contract at a rate of 20,000 lbs per month. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on the internet on or about 10 March 2003 with a closing date 30 days from issue on The Army Single Face to Industry website at http://acquisition.army.mil/.
