- Description
- NEW CONSTRUCTION FOR THE U. S. GOVERNMENT: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking offerors to design, construct and maintain an office building under a long-term lease arrangement in Enid, Oklahoma. The Government's intent is to transfer an assignable option to purchase a pre-selected site to the successful Offeror as part of a lease agreement. SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUIREMENT: The successful Offeror will construct a building for lease by the Government containing approximately 6,208 to 6,829 rentable square feet of office and related space, with at least 34 parking spaces. Code required parking is to be provided in addition to the above requirement. This program stresses design creativity and quality. TERM: Term of the lease will be for 15 years, ten years firm. OCCUPANCY: Occpancy is required on or about December 1, 2003. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1.
