Description: NA The purpose of this amendment is to make changes and clarifications to the synopsis. All reference to chemical surety requirements are hereby deleted. The contract WILL NOT require work with or handling of hazardous items such as toxins, toxoids, viruses, bacteria, acids, bases and solvents. All offerors will be permitted to submit a proposal on either group of work (Engineering and Homeland Defense) or both. Estimated release date for the RFP is expected to be on or about 25 March 03.
