- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is 340500000470. The following clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference & are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-11 December 31, 2002. No addenda apply to these Provisions and Clauses.
