Description

PR No: LTC03023008161. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Thermocouple, Assembly. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply: Ametek, Inc., Cage 97424 and Thermocontrol, Inc. Cage 65410. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6685-00-884-9937; P/N: 100109-1, Base Year AEQ: 297 each, Option Year AEQ: 148 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Required delivery: 150 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 18 March 03. The anticipated award date is 23 May 03. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
