Description

NA This is a lodging acquisition for 164 Hotel/Motel rooms for 335 nights within a 30-mile radius of Fort Riley, Kansas. It is a 100% set-aside for small business. It is a multiple award contract and will be awarded to various Hotel/Motels. Availability of rooms is to start 1 April 2003 through 29 January 2004. SIC code is 7041. The NAICS is 721110 with a small size standard of $6.0 M. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CONTRACOR REGISTRATION (NOV 2001), lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR registration is www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be available on or about 28 February 2003 with a closing date of 21 March 2003 for proposals due 30 days after issuance of the solicitation in accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of the solicitation will be limited to the elect ronic medium. The solicitation may be downloaded from the Directorate of Contrating?s home page at http://www.riley.army.mil/Services/Fort/Contracting.asp.
