Description

NA See FedBizOpps Numbered Note #1 Maintenance of 1941 military family housing units and the appliances therein, located at Davis Hill, Bouton Heights, McGraw Manor, and Perkins Place, Fort Benning, Georgia, during the period 1 March 2003 thru 29 February 2004 (Base Period)with two (2) 12-m onth option periods, 1 March 2004 thru 28 February 2005, and 1 March 2005 thru 28 February 2006. Services consist of maintenance and repair of all building components (including attached and built-in appurtenances), utility systems, fixtures, equipment, a nd appliances not specifically excluded, in occupied and unoccupied units. Annual and semi-annual scheduled preventive maintenance and onw-time repairs are required. Firm-fixed-price requirements-type contract. Solicitation will be available on or about 1 0 January 2003, and will be available at no cost on the Fort Benning DOC website (http://www.benning.army.mil/doc) or by ordering a compact disc (via written request, ONLY) from the place of performance address listed below.
