Description: NA Sources Sought to provide NCO Leadership and Development program at Ft Hood, TX. The contractor shall provide instructions in professional development subjects such as communications, management, computer literacy and leadership skills. Each course of inst ruction shall be a minimum of 16 sessions in length with transcrip college credit of atleast one semester hour awarded for each course.This synopsis is for informational purposes only; no solicitation document currently exists. If there is sufficient inte rest from Small Businesses or 8(a) firms, the requirement may be set-aside.
