Description

NA The Fort Polk Directorate of Contracting intends to solicit sealed bids for the services of Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection Systems (ICIDS) alarm monitor function at the Central Alarm Monitor Station Fort Polk, Louisiana. The contractor shall per form the major activities of monitoring 200-250 alarmed zones (the entire Fort Polk Military Installation including North Fort Polk) of the Alarm Monitor Station function. Hours of operation shall be continuous 24 hours per day operation, every calendar d ay of the year including all holidays. The Government will provide approximately 40 hours, per person, of initial CAMS ICIDS training at no cost to the contractor except wages paid while attendees are in training during the Phase-In Period of this contrac t Evaluation of bids will be an all or none basis. Proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for one base period and 3 one-year option periods. The contract will include a one month phase-in period during which contractor personnel must comp lete Government provided training and certification. SIC is 7382 and NAICS is 561621. Solicitation can be retrieved from http://www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc. Telephone or facsimile bids will not be accepted. Anticipated award date will be within 10 days after bid closing. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. This proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. See Numbered Note 1.
