Description
Sources are sought to provide a comprehensive medical surveillance monitoring program for Government Contract personnel (approximately 15 total). Personnel are expected to have exposures to military unique compounds to include explosives, pyrotechnics, compounds known to be mutagens and carcinogens, compounds listed in DHHS (NIOSH) Publication #98-105 and chemical compounds that have not yet been characterized. Respondents will provide a statement of capability addressing technical experience, personnel qualification, provide a typical surveillance plan for personnel exposed to hazardous material, hazardous waste, and OSHA regulated substances (to include details of specific testing that will be performed), as well as record keeping. Respondents must demonstrate knowledge, experience, personnel qualifications, and current capability in Occupational Medicine and Medical Surveillance Programs. Respondents must be within a 20 mile radius of Dover, New Jersey or provide an on-site mobile capability. Each statement of capability shall be limited to 25 pages. Respondents to this notice will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of information submitted. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement.
