Description: NA The Detroit District intends to award a sole source purchase order to Western Michigan University pursuant to FAR 6. 302-3. Work consists of monitoring any ongoing or significant new mass movements along Lake Michigan. The purpose is to determine whether dewatering wells can prove to be an efficient shore protection system that is less invasive, less expensive and a more effective solution to bluff recession than conventional methods.
