Description

NA The Army at Carlisle Barracks is seeking 8(a) or HUBZone certified sources for Interior Painting and Floor Refinishing in Family Housing areas. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified 8(a) & HUBZone sources relative to NAICS code 235210. This will be a Requirements Type contract for the period of 01 May 2003 or date of award, whichever is later through 30 April 2004 with a one year option period. The estimated aggregate cost range is between $500,000 and $1 ,000,000. Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions for a planned fixed price requirements type contract. There is no solicitation available at this time. Interested parties must s ubmit their qualifications and past experience with work similar in nature. Interested parties should submit a list of similar contracts performed (limit the list to a maximum of five (5) projects, performed in the last 5 years). The list must include co ntract numbers, client's name, client's point of contact with phone number and email address, description of the contract's work requirement, dollar size of the contract, and a specific description of the respondent's actual work involvement. If 8(a), pro vide proof of SBA registration in the 8(a) program. If HUBZone, provide proof of SBA certification.
