Description

Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 16,000 rentable square feet of quality office and associated space which will produce a minimum of 13,700 usable square feet for occupancy by various United States Government agencies. Parking is required on-site for approximately 25 employees and official vehicles, and approximately 20 visitors plus handicapped spaces. Unique Requirements: Space must be in a new or modern building in an area that is compatible with its surroundings. The building and location should project a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Space should be highly visible and easily accessible. Space must be serviced by municipal utilities. Location: The space offered must be located within the area bounded by: North: Butcher Switch Road West: Ambassador Caffery south to Johnston, Johnston southwest to Fountain Bend East: Pinhook from Kaliste Saloom to Interstate I-49 South: Fountain Bend from Johnston to Kaliste Saloom to Pinhook Term: The space is required for 15 years with the Government having the right to terminate the space in whole or in part after 7 years of occupancy. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than, 2003, and should include the following information: building name, street address and location of space to be offered within the building, map showing location of building within the delineated area, usable and rentable square footage offered, site plat for construction sites, scaled drawings of existing space, name, address, phone number and email address of individual to be contacted, name and telephone number of the recorded owner and evidence of authority to represent the building owner. Authorized Contacts: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any United States Government Agencies other than the Contracting Officers And Employees of General Services Administration.
