- Description
- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled PROGRAM INTEGRATION AND CONTROL CONTRACT, which was posted on December 17, 2002. A copy of the DRAFT RFP and addtional information can be located at the ISS Contract Strategy hompage at url: http://jsc-web-pub.jsc.nasa.gov/bd01/excellent-strategy/ . Please be advised that the DRAFT RFP is not a final solicitation and NASA is not requesting proposals at this time. In accordance with NFS 1815.201, potential offerors are invited to comment on all aspects of the draft solicitation, including the requirements, schedules proposal instructions, and evaluation approaches. Potential offerors are requested to: 1. Identify unnecessary or inefficient requirements. 2. Identify voluntary consensus standards that meet the Government's requirements as alternatives to Government-unique standards cited as requirements, in accordance with FAR 11.101 and OMB Circular A-119. 3. Indentify perceived safety, occupational health, security (including information technology security), environmental, export control, and/or other programmatic risk issues associated with performance of the work. All comments or questions concerning the DRAFT RFP must be submitted to the following e-mail address: programi@ems.jsc.nasa.gov by MARCH 21, 2003 no later than 4:30 pm. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for MARCH 10, 2003. Details concerning the time and location will be posted on the Contract Strategy homepage. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). The updated ROM for this solicitation is $105M based on a 4 year 9 month basic period of performance and the updated Statement of Work.
