- PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS ONLY The Postal Service is seeking Qualification Statements from entities wishing to become Prequalified for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to provide Program Management Services. The Postal Service intends to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) to the contractors who become prequalified only. The contractor shall provide multidisciplinary professional services to support the Postal Service?s real estate and facilities needs at various locations throughout the United States. The contractor may support single or multiple projects for new construction lease, new construction owned, repair and alteration, asset management and development, and specialty projects such as security upgrades, environmental remediation and others as required to improving or maintaining the Postal Service?s facilities? portfolio. The contractor must have the resources available to provide comprehensive and complete services for each of the categories of work identified in the Scope of Services either with its own forces or via subcontracts. The Type of Services required are; (1) Project Administration & Coordination (Project Management & WEB Based PM), (2) Real Estate capabilities, (3) Design Services, (4) Construction Management, (5) Construction, and (6) Building Operation & Maintenance. Respondents must have a minimum of Five (5) years experience as a Program Management Entity and completion or ongoing of one (1) comparable Program Management Services contracts within the past five (5) years. Comparable Program Management Services are programs being managed that are valued at a minimum of $150,000,000 or the contractor has received revenues of $30,000,000 or more, and includes at least three of the six Types of Services listed above. The financial capability of the respondents will be evaluated during prequalification to determine responsibility. Only the highest evaluated qualified performers and financially capable firms will be prequalified.
