Description

AMENDMENT TO SYNOPSIS FOR SOLICITATION F08620-03-R-0004, BASE CUSTODIAL SERVICES, HURLBURT FIELD FL. The synopsis for Solicitation F08620-03-R-0004, Base Custodial Services, Hurlburt Field FL, is amended as follows: The statement [This acquisition is reserved under the Section 8(a) Program for firms located in the Small Business Administration's Region 4 limited to 8(a) certified firms in Florida, Georgia and Alabama] is changed to read [This acquisition is reserved under the Section 8(a) Program for firms located in the Small Business Administration's Region 4 limited to 8(a) certified firms for all states in Region 4. This includes Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.] Joint Ventures are allowable on competitive 8(a) set-asides, however, the joint venture agreement must be received by SBA prior to proposal due date and approved before award of a resulting contract. Responses will be accepted only from firms meeting the above criteria at the time of proposal receipt. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-NOV-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 21-FEB-2003.
