Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is 03TC163. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 611420. The size standard is $6 million. The contractor shall conduct training and provide training vouchers or equivalent in one-day increments for the following courses: 0001: 1 class for 1 person on Crystal Reports, Level 1, starting no later than 31 March 03; 0002: 2 classes(1 person for each class) for Microsoft Win 2000 Network and Operating System Essentials, starting no later than 30th April 03; 0003: 2 classes(1 person for each class) for Microsoft Win 2000 Network and Operating System Essentials, starting no later than 31st May 03; 0004: 2 classes( 1 person for each class) for Implementing Microsoft Win 2000 Professional and server, starting no later than 30th April 03; 0005: 2 classes(1 person for each class) for Implementing a Microsoft Win 2000 Network Infrastructure, starting no later than 30th April 03; 0006: 1 class for 1 person for Implementing and administering Microsoft Win 2000 Directory Services, starting no later than 31st May 03; 0007: 2 classes(1 person for each class) for Administering a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database, starting no later than 30th April 03; 0008: 2 classes (1person for each class) for Programming a Microsoft SWL Server 2000 Database, starting no later than 31st May 03; 0009: 2 classes (1 person for each class) for Implementing a Microsoft Win 2000 Network Infrastructure, starting no later than 31st May 03. Classes shall be conducted at contractor?s facility; if the contractor is located outside the San Antonio area, the contractor must provide a San Antonio facility for the training. The provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. Far 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition.
