Description

This is a sole source requirement for the design, test, and kit installation of the AIC-30 Intercom Set Control (ISC) Audio Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) Modification. This requirement will consist of Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE); Kit Proof; and Trial Installation of these CCAs. This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to: Palomar Products, Incorporated, 23042 Arroya Vista, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688-2604. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the government, or where owned, cannot be made available to other sources. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 26 Feb 03. Approximate response date is 26 Mar 03.
