Description

NA PRON: AX360897AX, NSN: 1620-00-932-5182, PN: 114L2410-3, Quantity: 75 each minimum/475 each maximum, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberla nd, PA 17070-5001 and Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 45 each 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 30 each month thereafter until contract completion. This are restricted to Loud Engineering & Mfg. Inc., 1055 East Francis Street, Ontari o, CA 91761 100 and The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which sha ll be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign Firms are reminde d that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Ac t (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.
