Description
This is a synopsis for the rework and modification of Environmental Control Systems, NSN 1660-14-477-2089, P/N 789-001 or NSN 1660-01-HS1-3836, P/N 789-001F, utilized on the U.S. Coast Guard HH65 aircraft. An indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity commercial contract is contemplated for a one-year base period from date of contract award with four one-year options to be renewed on an annual basis for a total duration not-to-exceed five years. Delivery to the U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC is required within 60 days after receipt of reparable item. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the best value to the Government considering technical acceptability, price, delivery, and past performance. Drawings or manufacturer?s specifications are not available through the Coast Guard and cannot be furnished as part of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to use FAR Part 12 for this acquisition. The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the forms of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
