Description

NA Provide bus transportation from Camp Buckner, West Point, NY to Fort Knox, KY and return trips. The schedule is as follows: 14 July 2003, approximately 165 personnel from Camp Buckner to Fort Knox; 15 July 2003, approximately 495 personnel from Camp Buck ner to Fort Knox; 20 July 2003, approximately 165 personnel from Fort Knox to Camp Buckner; 21 July 2003, approximately 495 personnel from Fort Knox to Camp Buckner; 25 July 2003, approximately 165 personnel from Camp Buckner to Fort Knox; 26 July 2003, ap proximately 495 personnel from Camp Buckner to Fort Knox, 31 July 2003, approximately 165 personnel from Fort Knox to Camp Buckner; and 1 August 2003, approximately 495 personnel from Fort Knox to Camp Buckner. Bus capacity must be a minimum of 55 seats w hich would include 35% increased baggage capacity and have a 1,200 mile fuel range without refueling. Buses must be equipped with A/C, restroom and TV/VCR. Driver relief required after ten (10) hours. Bus supervisor will be required at all departures. All tolls to be included in quoted prices. To be eligible for award, oferors must be using MTMC approved bus firms and offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Request for Quotations (RFQ) DABJ45-03-T-0097 will be issued on or about 6 March 2003 with offers due on or about 24 March 2003. Copies of the solicitation may be requested from the Contract Specialist via e-mail or facsimile. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code applicable to this pro curement is 485510 with a size standard of $6 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
