Description
NA The US Army MTMC-AQ is conducting a Market Survey to identify potential sources that currently possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience necessary to meet the Army?s requirement of a commercial off the shelf (COTS) customer survey application. I nterested parties should provide information indicating their capability of administering a web based customer satisfaction survey, capturing the survey results in a queryable database that is also capable of producing a standard or ad-hoc management infor mation, and any additional information as they deem necessary which could even include a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) to best illustrate their company's capabilities in performing the work. Any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to thi s particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted. This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal an d is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. The extent of small business participation to this requirement has not yet been determ ined. Therefore, participation in this survey may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. Joint ventures or teaming arrangements may b e advantageous. Subsequent briefings/demos may be scheduled based upon the responses received. All capabilities statements are due to Carolyn Knight prior to close of business on 4 March 2003.
