The original announcement is modified to change the start date of services from 1 April 2003 to 1 M ay 2003 and the end date from from 31 March 2003 to 30 April 2003. Solicitation is expected to be released on or about 17 March with a closing date of 24 March. Further, the solicitation number referenced in the body of the previous announcement is changed from W808LN-3028-N351 to DADA13-03-Q-0001.
