Description

NA The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command on behalf of the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) intends to procure on a sole source basis Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) Assay Tubes (FASTubes). The intended contra ctor is IGEN International, Inc., 10620 Industrial Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. It is anticipated that an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract will be issued for one (1) base year with three (3) option years. IGEN is the only known source for ECL Technology that will work with the Government-owned equipment for use in the National Capital Region Silver Standard Laboratory and other designated JPEO-CBD sites. The Government has identified IGEN as the only known source qualified to produce r eagents for use in the ORIGEN 1.5 system and M series analyzers.
