Description: The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort type contract to Swales Aerospace for scientific, engineering, and technical assistance (SETA) services in the areas of technical analyses, organizational development, organizational architecture development, as well as quick reaction and direct support for the newly-established deputate of Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance (MDA/QS). The period of performance will be for 12 months, for approximately 11 labor years of effort. Award will be made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 21304 (c)(2), Unusual and Compelling Urgency, which is for the minimum amount of time necessary for MDA/QS to develop its requirements.
