- Description
- The Department requires a contractor to perform Field Review of Appraisals for the Orlando Field Office (counties Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Brevard, Lake, Indian River & St. Lucie)and the Tampa Field Office (counties DeSota, Highlands, Hardee, Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Sumter, Citrus, Pinellas & Polk). The contractor must be a licensed or certified appraiser for the State of Florida. The contractor will be required to perform on-site interior and exterior appraisals, and will be required to complete an Appraisal Review Report (ARR) for each property. This procurement is set aside for small businesses.
