Description

Provide all labor, material and equipment for design and build to rehabilitate a septic system for a Fish and Wildlife Service refuge office complex serving 7 residences and buildings. Estimated capacity is over 1,000 gallons per day, requiring the contractor to obtain a construction permit and operating permit in accordance with the requirements of the state of Nebraska. In addition, permit documents must be prepared by a Professional Engineer, employed by the contractor and licensed in the state of Nebraska. Performance period is 105 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated value of the contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 25, 2003, with a closing date of on or about May 27, 2003.
