Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing 72,689 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 63,208 usable square feet of space. Occupancy date will be by December 3, 2003. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: An area bounded by: West ? Northside Drive, East- I-285, North-Peachtree Road, South-Memorial Drive. Unique Requirements: Space offered must in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., space should not exceed a length to width ratio of 2:1 nor be U or L shaped. No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with a minimum of 9 on-site covered parking spaces plus available spaces for 266 employees on site or within 200 feet of the site. A 50 ft. setback for new construction is required from the curb of the street to the front curtain wall of the building.
