- The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command, Armaments Research, Development and Engineering Center (TACOM-ARDEC), Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, 07806-5000, intends to award a contract for Engineering and Manufacturing Services (EMS) in support of the munitions programs in the Artillery and Mortars Division of FSAC to the SAVIT Corporation, Parsippany, NJ 07054 on a sole source basis on or about 14 Mar 2003.
