- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision necessary for: REMOVING AND REINSTALLING PUMP #3, REPAIR WELL #13, AND REPAIR WELL #12. Description: A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. Scope of work for clin 0001 consists of removing pump 3 and purchase/ install new water booster pump and motor assembly. The new pump must be rated at 1,000 gallons per minute at 173'TDH. Power available is 220/440 volt, 60 cycle. Pump 3 is located in Bldg 1385, Luke AFB, Arizona. The scope of work for clin 0002 is to repair well #12. Remove, inspect, repair, and reinstall the pump, motor, and piping for well 12. Pump 12 is located at Bldg 1387, Luke AFB, Arizona. The scope of work for clin 0003 is to repair well 13. Remove, inspect, repair, and reinstall pump, motor, and piping for well 13. Pump 13 is located at Bldg 456, Luke AFB, Arizona. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. This project has a 45-day performance period. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation and accompanying attachments will be available for viewing and down loading on or about 14 Sep 02 with a closing date of 23 Sep 2002/4:00 p.m. SIC: 1700, 1781; NAICS: 235810; S/B Size Std: 11.5M. Interested offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov in order to receive any resulting contract award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from DUN and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet at address http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Education and Training Command, Luke AFB Contracting. Anyone wishing to participate on this proposed procurement must obtain a copy from the Internet. Copies will not be mailed out of this office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
