Description

Provide all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision to provide the following: Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Coast Guard-required tower safety and rescue training to Coast Guard personnel who are required by their job to work on elevated structures. Provide four (4) tower climbing safety and rescue training courses to a total of 60 Coast Guard personnel. The course is to be held in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. OPTION BID ITEMS INCLUDE: Provide two (2) tower climbing safety and rescue training courses for a total of 30 Coast Guard personnel to be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Provide two (2) tower climbing safety and rescue training courses for a total of 30 Coast Guard personnel to be held in Lorain, Ohio; Provide one (1) tower climbing safety and rescue training courses for a total of 15 Coast Guard personnel to be held in Buffalo, NY; Provide two (2) tower climbing safety and rescue training courses for a total of 30 Coast Guard personnel to be held in Port Austin, Michigan. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 61169. This requirement is being competed as a full and open procurement. All eligible potential contractors, both large and small, are encouraged to submit a proposal.
