Required delivery is 200 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation is an RFP and will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of March 12, 2003. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains 100% option for increased quantities.
