Description: This contract is for removal of existing fire damaged fence, right of way clearing and construction of new standard 3 strand barbed wire fence. Dead standing trees will be present in all project areas, caution will be excercised in these areas. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools and transportation necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and provisions.
