Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to solicitation services for both Law Enforcement and Administrative support services for the Gaithersbrug and NIST North campus of (NIST), located in Gaithersburg, MD 20899 within the context of the following tasks. Task 1) Contractor shall be assigned and stand watch at the determined hours at the NIST Ploice commnications console, operating all associated equipment and conducting console operation in accordance with all NIST procedural orders and regulations pertaining thereto. Task 2) Contractor will perform additional administrative assignments and tasks as directed that pertain to the Police operation at NIST. Government furnished property: The following property and/or information will be made available to the contractor by the start dated of the agreement, unless otherwise indicated. - Post assignment infomraion - Police portable and base station radio - CCTV to observe Service will require any/all police or incident reports are to be prepared and delivered at the end of each shift. Total Tour of duty hours will not to exceed 780. The Government anicipate the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. The required period of peformance from April 1, 2003 through June 30, 2003. The proposed requirement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit. All repsonsible source may submit a Quotation,, which, if timely received, shall be considered byh the Agency.
