- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Metropark, 20678 Broadwater Court, Potomac Falls, VA 20165. Metropark shall provide 23 regular and 4 reserved rental spaces to be used by FDA employees only located at 1110 Vermont Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20005. The parking spaces shall be within reasonable walking distance of stated address. The following boundaries will be used in determining the final parking lot for the required spaces ? M Street, N.W., L Street, N.W., 14th Street, N.W., and 15th Street, N.W. The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) months. An award will be made fifteen (15) days from date of this notice. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature which fully demonstrates their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. This sole source procurement is being awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
