- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitaton will not be issued. This solicitation includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR FAC 01-12. The acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12-Acquisitions of Commercial Items. All offers and related material must be received in the contracting office by March 18, 2003.
